Dave Grohl led the Foo Fighters through an emotional 'Times Like These' at the Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert

The band closed out the night with a rousing tribute to their late drummer and friend

The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert featured scores of A-list performers, from Brian Johnson and Lars Ulrich to Rush’s Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, Paul McCartney to the Pretenders’ Chrissie Hynde, Queen’s Brian May to Wolfgang Van Halen, and many more, gathering at London's Wembley Stadium in honor of the fallen Foo Fighters drummer.

But the band everyone was there to see was undoubtedly the Foo Fighters themselves, who paid respects to their band mate and friend with a rousing and emotional headline set.

And without a doubt, the most emotional moment came during the band’s performance of the Foo's 2002 classic, “Times Like These,” where Dave Grohl had to steel himself more than once to get through the song. Fortunately, he had his band mates – and 80,000 fans – to help him through it.
