Disturbed share ‘Hey You,’ first new music in four years

New song is ‘a wake-up call,’ says David Draiman

Disturbed have shared a new song, “Hey You,” the first single from their forthcoming eighth studio album.

The new song is “a wake-up call,” according to Disturbed front man David Draiman. “We’ve become our own worst enemies,” he continues. “Civil discourse has become the exception instead of the norm. People have lost themselves in outrage addiction.”

“Hey You” is the band’s first new music since their 2018 album, Evolution. The band have confirmed that a follow-up album will be released later this year. Until then, you can catch Disturbed at one of the tour stops below.
