Mötley Crüe recently announced their first U.S. dates with John 5 in the guitar slot, at the 7,000-seater Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena on February 10 and 11, 2023. These shows, which will include Def Leppard, will precede the two bands' international World Tour.
Now, they've added more U.S. shows, and also another act to the bill. Alongside the Crüe and Def Leppard, Alice Cooper will be coming on board as a special guest. The U.S. leg of the world tour kicks off on August 5 in Syracuse, New York, and continues through the month, including the first-ever show at the H.A. Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Said Def Leppard front man Joe Elliott, "After finally getting back on the road this past summer, we're beyond thrilled to bring this massive tour to a global audience including some special dates in America."
Added Mötley Crüe in a joint statement: "We had an incredible time playing 'The Stadium Tour' in North America this summer and we truly can't wait to take the show around the globe with 'The World Tour' in 2023. Crüeheads get ready because we have a few amazing U.S. dates set for you!"
