Remember that time Sebastian Bach rapped Run-D.M.C's 'It's Tricky' and Outkast's 'Bombs Over Baghdad'?

Revisit the insanity that was MTV's 'Celebrity Rap Superstar'

Sometimes the internet is the gift that keeps on giving. Such as with this clip of Sebastian Bach rapping Outkast’s “B.O.B. (Bombs of Baghdad),” which, in another era would have been sadly lost to the sands of time, but was recently dug up by a Twitter user named Shaunee Howard who posted the clip with the caption, “Sometimes I just randomly think about Sebastian Bach rapping Outkast’s Bombs Over Baghdad," and tagging Bach.

To which Bach replied, "So random I forgot I did that right on Outkast turn it up."

The performance in question hails from a 2007 episode of MTV’s short-lived series, the Kevin Hart-hosted Celebrity Rap Superstar, which saw Bach and seven other celebrities – including actress Shar Jackson, gossip blogger Perez Hilton and former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson – compete against one another by rapping famous hip-hop songs in front of a panel of judges headlined by DMC and Da Brat.

Though Shar Jackson was ultimately crowned the winner, Bach more than held his own on the show, taking on L.L. Cool J., Snoop Dogg and others, and making it through six rounds. You can watch him work his magic on Outkast’s “B.O.B.” above and Run-D.M.C.'s "It's Tricky" below.
