Skid Row share new single, 'Time Bomb'

'The Gang's All Here' is out October 14

Skid Row have shared a new song, "Time Bomb," from their forthcoming album, The Gang’s All Here.

The video for "Time Bomb" is set for release on September 28th, and was helmed by director Dale "Rage" Resteghini. Skid Row bassist Rachel Bolan sought out Resteghini to realize his artistic vision for the song about humanity’s continuing struggles with self-indulgence and monotony.

"What would it be like to be in that position?" Bolan said. “Just be completely going about life, your normal everyday thing, but you’re thiiiiis close to just completely losing your shit?"

"Time Bomb" follows the release of two previous tracks, "The Gang's All Here" and "Tear It Down," the latter of which, according to Bolan, “is about breaking down barriers, because coexisting isn't about building walls, it's about getting rid of them."

Recorded primarily in Nashville with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice in Chains), The Gang’s All Here is due out on October 14. It will be the first Skid Row record with new singer Erik Grönwall, formerly of Swedish rockers H.E.A.T., who replaced ZP Theart earlier this year.

Said guitarist Dave "Snake" Sabo and bassist Rachel Bolan, "We are beyond excited to release this record. It has been a long time in the making and a lot of hard work has been put into it by the band and our producer Nick Raskulinecz. The addition of Erik has lifted the songs to new heights."
