Watch Mötley Crüe kick off their first Stadium Tour set with a rousing 'Wild Side'

Drummer Tommy Lee made an early exit a few songs later

After two years of waiting, Mötley Crüe took the stage at the Stadium Tour opening show at Atlanta’s Truist Stadium tonight, June 16. The first song they played? The Girls, Girls, Girls classic, "Wild Side."

You can check out fan-filmed video from YouTuber Jeremy Wood above.

As previously reported, drummer Tommy Lee made an early exit from the show. Following the first five songs – “Wild Side,” “Shout at the Devil,” “Too Fast for Love,” “Don’t Go Away Mad (Just Go Away) and “Saints of Los Angeles” – Lee was replaced behind the kit after experiencing lingering pain from an injury roughly two weeks ago where he broke four ribs.

Lee addressed the crowd before leaving the stage, explaining his rib injury prevented him from continuing with the set. His spot was filled by Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath drummer Tommy Clufetos.
