Watch the video for new Queensrÿche song, ‘Forest’

Swelling ballad is off of forthcoming album, 'Digital Noise Alliance'

Queensrÿche have shared a new song, “Forest,” from their forthcoming 16th studio album, Digital Noise Alliance. You can check out the video for the acoustic-guitar-based ballad above.

Speaking about the new song, the band said in a statement: "The ballad of the album, 'Forest' embodies the sorrow of losing a loved one, trying to cope with such a profound loss, while occasionally feeling that person's presence around you and asking for a sign. It is a topic very relatable to people, as we will all at some point experience the great loss of a parent, child, sibling, spouse, or dear friend."

Produced by Chris “Zeuss” Harris, Digital Noise Alliance is due October 7 via Century Media. In a recent interview with us, guitarist Michael Wilton explained, “It’s an album that kind of stretches and encompasses the whole music genre of Queensrÿche. It’s got some very melodic moments, it’s progressive, it’s heavy metal and it’s very album-oriented visual music that is going to be just a good all-around Queensrÿche album.
